Returns:
All returns to Scare Haven must be authorized. To receive approval you must contact customerservice@scarehaven.com
You will be sent an approval number by e-mail only.
The e-mail with the approval number must be printed out & sent to us with your return.
All returns set to us without approval will be refused.
A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged against all return of products ordered in error, excess stock, or those returned more than thirty days from original invoice date.
Products that are unacceptable for credit include, but are not limited to:
:Individual packages, that have been opened, marked, dated, stamped, or disfigured in anyway.
:Products that have been damaged by water or fire
:Products that have been involved in a fire or bankruptcy sale.
:Products that have been ordered special for individual accounts or custom produced items.
:Products that are over 1 year old from date of individual invoice.
:Credit will only be issued to the customer whose name appears on the original invoice.
All goods must be returned unopened in their original package before 30 days of invoice to be issued full credit.
Credits are void one year from date of issue
Procedure for Returned Goods:
Customer must provide the following information to Scare Haven Customer Service before authorization can be granted.
:Product name, catalog #, description
:Package size
:Quantity to be returned
:Original purchase order number and invoice number
